I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( lees verder)

I believe that life, especially human life is God's most beautiful creation. It doesn't matter how long a person lives, what matters is how that person lives. I am heavily inspired by my maternal grandmother who told me how important this life is, how to face failures and how to deal with happiness. Everyone loves success, but only few people know the importance of failures. A person who knows the taste of failure can only define that taste if and when they reach success. I was truly inspired... The main thing nowadays is the issue of "peace" everywhere in the world. When I attend international programs I am asked if my people are terrorists, as though all Muslims especially Pakistanis are terrorists. Really I’m very upset and disheartened now by hearing this from a lot of people and even very well educated people. We in Pakistan are peacekeepers. We believe in peace.
